Crash dragging tabs in right hand menu

Summary:

Inkscape crashes when dragging tabs in right hand menu.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Click Layer -> Layers... to get menu to appear on right
• Drag the layers tab in to the middle region of the right hand layer menu

Similar behavior in dragging any tab in the right hand menu, even when multiple tabs are open.

What happened?

Crash

What should have happened?

Nothing, icon should move back. Old inkscape would switch from tabs to a column of buttons on bottom to switch between various types of right hand menus (Layers, Fill and Stroke, Align and Distribute etc.); not clear what is supposed to happen in this version.
