"Recent Files" is always empty

Summary:

The "Recent Files"-List in the new Welcome Dialog at Time to Draw -> Existing Files is always empty

Steps to reproduce:

Just open Files via Inkscape or create and save new ones. The Recent Files List will always be empty and does not fill with the last opened documents. However in the "real" Inkscape, the Option File -> Open Recent always shows the last opened documents.
