Inkscape does not open. inkscape.com reports Bail out! GLib-GIO:ERROR:../glib-2.68.2/gio/gwin32appinfo.c:986:get_verbs: assertion failed: (subkey != NULL)

Summary:

When trying to launch Inkscape, nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling and installing with different bit version and installer.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape

What happened?

Nothing

What should have happened?

Inkscape should launch to welcome window then into the application itself.
