Mouse clicks not registered after using graphic tablet

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Click With a pen on a graphics tablet (anywhere)
• try to right click on any tool

What happened?

• Clicking with the mouse does not register
• Clicking with the pen is registered

What should have happened?

• Clicks should register
