Coordinate field for node handles

Summary:

Handles should have the same coordinate fields as nodes have them when selcetet. Optimally with the ability to switch between absolute coordinats and relative ones that woud be relative to the node the handle belongs to.

Scribus dose it that way and it is very powerful for exact work.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to possition tow different handles from different notes in one path in the exact same direction or mirrored direction, etc.

What happened?

It is nearly impossible.

What should have happened?

Fields with coordinates to enter like nodes have but for handles.
