WIN: with NumLock on, keypad +/- must type chars in text

Inkscape is incorrectly zooming in and out when hitting the Numpad +/- buttons when in text mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open Inkscape
2. Enter text mode (T).
3. Type "2+2-1" on your Numpad.

What happened?

When you hit the + on your numpad, it zooms in, and - zooms out and you have only '221' in the text field.

What should have happened?

The text should be "2+2-1" in the text field.
