Crashing with inputing Double-byte character numbers

Summary:

Most Japanese users use full-width mode when typing Japanese, and half-width mode when typing English, but if you accidentally enter numbers in full-width mode, inkscape will crash.

Steps to reproduce:

open Inkscape
user enter numbers with full-width mode by misstake
inkscape crashes
