It'll be crashed when I try to export png into a directory that has unicode chars

Summary:

I made an image for my twitter and tried to export png. After selecting a directory and pushing Export button, it'll be crashed without crash popup(Doesn't let me know where backup file is)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open a SVG file
• export png into a directory that has unicode chars(Japanese. e.g. "真夏カップ")

What happened?

Just crash without any popups that should be shown when inkscape crash.

What should have happened?

Exported png.
