Update Non-default keyboard layouts for 1.2 release

Summary:

Inkscape ships with a number of keyboard layout files, some of them have old references to verb names which no longer exist.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Set keyboard to adobe-illustrator-cs2.xml

What happened?

Warnings in the terminal like

Unable to find: FileClose
Shortcut::read: invalid verb: FileClose

What should have happened?

These should be updated so the keys don't break in the future.
