Welcome screen - Missing "Open file" button

Summary:

Missing Open file button or a way to open files from the Welcome screen. Don't know if is a issue or a feature request.

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch Inkscape with the Welcome screen enabled.

What happened?

Missing open file button. Currently you have to create a empty document, go to the menu and then open the file dialog. Seems a little redundant.

What should have happened?

IMHO it would help that the Welcome screen present a direct way to open a file directly.
