Difference Path Operation fails to produce correct geometry results

Summary:

When subtracting a circle from other geometry, the results are not always correct (see attached sample)

Steps to reproduce:

• open the attached test file circle_subtract.svg
• select both shapes and Path > Difference

What happened?

The operation produces incorrect geometry

What should have happened?

The operation should produce correct geometry
