Custom tool cursors lost when Inkscape is minimized and restored

Summary:

If you select a tool and mouse over the canvas, you get a custom cursor for that tool. If you then minimize Inkscape, restore it, and mouse over the canvas, the cursor is now the default pointer even though the tool is still in effect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Inkscape and a new document
2. Hit 'b' and mouse over the canvas to see the tool cursor
3. Go down to the task bar and click to minimize Inkscape
4. Click to restore Inkscape
5. Mouse over the canvas again

What happened?

The custom tool cursor disappeared.

What should have happened?

The custom tool cursor should have reappeared / remained.
