Inkscape crashes when printing to the "Microsoft Print to PDF" driver

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Open a drawing
• Click on the Print icon
• Select the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer
• Click on Print
• Click on Cancel
• A dialog box opens that says "Inkscape encountered an internal error and willclose now." with a close button on it.
• Inkscape closes

Also if you try to overwrite a PDF file that is open in another program, Inkscape will crash. Specifically:

• Open a drawing
• Click on the Print icon
• Select the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer
• Click on Print
• Select a PDF file that is currently open in another program
• Click on Salve
• The Confirm Save As dialog box appears with "filename.pdf already exists. Do yo want to replace it?
• Click Yes
• A dialog box opens that says "Inkscape encountered an internal error and willclose now." with a close button on it.
• Inkscape closes
