Copy and past nodes does not work if path has LPE

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw the single line with a pen tool
• add any LPE (roughen)
• switch to node tool
• select line and ctrl+C
• ctrl + V
• move one node from the first line

What happened?

• you see two lines without roughen
• after you move the node you see only one line with roughen

What should have happened?

• you see two lines without with roughen
