No indicator of symbol selection - in Symbols dialog

Summary:

two problems:

• you cannot select symbols in symbol dialog (in 1.1rc)
• we don show any indicators (selection cue) that symbol is selected (it worked in 0.925)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw rectangle
• open symbols panel
• add rectangle as a symbol
• select rectangle in symbol dialog

What happened?

• it does not get selected
• does not show selection cue

What should have happened?

• you should be able to select it
• does not show selection cue

-tested in 1.02 does not show a selection cue

-tested in 0.925 it works fine and shows a selection
