Document not redrawn when changing display mode (No filter mode and normal mode)

Summary:

When cycling through display modes, the "no filters" mode appears the same as the "normal" mode until the zoom level is changed.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open a document containing an object whose blur is > 0 (and is visible)
• press the hotkey to cycle through the display modes

What happened?

When the "no filters" mode is reached, the document is shown with filters enabled, until the canvas is updated by zooming in or out.

What should have happened?

Should display without filters.
