Inkscape does not start without Microsoft Store Login

Summary:

This is not strictly an Inkscape problem! If Inkscape is installed via the Microsoft Store users can not start the application unless the user is loggedin with a MS account in the store.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Win10 2004 with a local account
• Do not login with any microsoft account
• open Inkscape
• nothing happens

What happened?

My first reaction was to search for the problem online.

What should have happened?

Could we include this case in the FAQ?
