[Feature Request] Option to darken area outside Page (like "Passepartout" in Blender)

When creating graphics using objects that intentionally overlap the page border, it'd be useful to be able to hide everything that is outside.

Ideally, one could chose the opacity and color.

Not sure if Passepartout should have its own color or just use the canvas color. Benefit of having its own would be for it to be easier to tell whether you're looking at Passepartout or canvas background.

Workaround is to create two rectangles (one of them of the page's size), apply the difference between them and place the result on a locked layer above all others: https://youtu.be/AlQ9nirYf9Q
