Bad geometry from negative LPE offset

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw circle
• add LPE offset
• set the negative value to offset
• object to path

What happened?

• unnsecery points on geometry

What should have happened?

• cleaner geometry ideally same number of points as the original path
