Breaking apart compound path shrinks filter boundry too much.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Draw any two paths
  • Combine them into one compound path (Ctrl + K)
  • Apply heavy blur
  • Break apart the path (Ctrl + Shift + K)

What happened?

The filter boundary is too small and the blur is clipped.
This also applies to other filters increasing object size.

What should have happened?

The filter boundary should be big enough to contain the blur after the breaking operation.
