Font smoothing issue on Windows 7, green fringes on vertical edges with dark mode
Summary:
When dark UI theme selected, white font becomes green tone on dark background. It looks like bad font smoothing. Selected menu items on light UI theme also looks not well.
I got this issue on 1.0 and 1.0.2 versions of Inkscape. Unslable development version of GIMP also has this issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues/6005 . But stable version of GIMP looks good. Same way, I don't see this in old version of Inkscape (0.92.5).
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- change UI theme to HighContrastInverse
- look at fonts tone of UI text: menus etc.
What happened?
Text drawing greenish.
What should have happened?
Font rendering should be more accurate.

Issue more visible when using light font on dark background.

Black font on light background looks not bad. But white font on blue background (selected menu items) looks worse.

Inkscape v0.92.5 has only Win32 UI theme (no dark themes), so can't test it good, but selected menu items probably looks better then in 1.0+ verions.
