Outline Overlay no longer works

Summary

- Inkscape Version: 1.1-dev (485baeb7c1, 2020-12-28)
- Operating System: MX Linux 19.3 amd64

Even changing the Outline overlay opacity at [ Preferences ( Ctrl + Shift + P) > Rendering ], the Outline Overlay Display Mode isn't different than the Outline view.

Reproduction

• Open Inkscape && Close the Welcome Screen ( ESC )
• Create a rectangle.
• Switch to [ View > Display Mode > Outline Overlay ]

Consecuenses

Looks just like the Outline view.

Expectations

It should have some fill-opacity behind the outline.
