Search a Command in Help Menu

Summary

There should be a 'Search a command' option in the Help tab, and it should probably show up quite high on the list. When users click the help tab, they're usually looking for a specific thing they're trying to do. If they could just search for that thing, and have it pop up right in front of them, you'd save a ton of time. The alternative is googling for help, which isn't much better.

I actually quite like this one, because even though it's not the highest up on the list, it has a really convenient keybind that can be used anywhere, which almost makes this less of a help feature, and more of a single-input command line (like M-x in emacs, if you use that).
