Connector tool crashes when closing file

Don't know if related to issue 1829

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• select connector tool, click somewhere on canvas
• without clicking elsewhere go with the mouse to "File > Close"

What happened?

Crash

What should have happened?

No crash
