UI request : display shortcut Ctrl+shift+N in menu "Layer" and Preferences for "Add layer..."

Layer menu doesn't display the associated shortcut for "Add layer...". It should.

Edit : same for "Preferences > Interface > Keyboard > Shortcuts"

If this command could be available from the right-click menu would be even better....
