Last style feature request : blur setting taken into account

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• choose a drawing tool (tested with bezier and rectangle)
• set its preferences with New object : Last style used
• draw an object then apply a blur with F&Stroke dialog
• draw another object : not same aspect than the previous one.

What happened?

Last object should have same blur than the previous one. Blur setting was not taken into account

What should have happened?

User expects blur setting to be taken into account because all settings above and under it are so. Even if blur is actually a filter, for the sake of consistency, it should be re-apllyied.

If this is not possible then consider removing blur from where it is now, or let user know that this setting is not like the others.
