Arcs changed to sectors with latest version

Summary:

... Inkscape files I created with a previous version (0.92 or 1.0) that contain arcs created with the ellipses tool are changed to sectors (connected perimeter) in 1.0.1!!

Steps to reproduce:

Create a file that contains one or more arcs (use the ellipses tool) in version 1.0 or 0.92. Update to Inkscape 1.0.1 Open the file in Inkscape 1.0.1

The arcs are all changed to sectors - particularly messy in the case of the file attached (which originally was created with dashed arcs).
