Segfault on opening any .ai/.pdf file due to dependency mismatch on libpoppler

Summary:

When attempting to open the attached .ai file Inkscape show the PDF import screen and after pressing OK presents a window saying something went wrong and closes after pressing OK in this screen.

It does not matter if I choose internal import or Poppler/Cairo.

Steps to reproduce:

On console I did: inkscape logo_vertical_blue.ai

What happened?

Program crashed with a screen showing error.

I expected Inkscape to open and render the file.
