Feature request: drag right-to-left selects by touching/intersection, drag left-to-right selects by enclosure (rectangle touch select)

Summary:

I have come to really appreciate the two way selection behaviour in a popular commercial cam tool - dragging a select rectangle from left to right behaves like inkscape, but dragging from right to left selects anything that intersects the selection rectangle.
