Better SVG formatting on export
Migrated from https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/170999

Original title: include more spaces and newlines in style attrs
Summary:
Bug Importer wrote...
the markup exported by Inkscape (and Sodipodi) [SODIPODI! --gt] is pretty good...However the style blocks can be quite long and do not currently include even spaces. more spaces after the semi-colons; or more line breaks could make things more readable and easier to parse. [says the guy who can't be bothered to capitalize his sentences. Ok, I'll stop. -- gt]
(I'm only really asking for a small improvement to the styles blocks in this request but more could be done to improve readability and indendation of the SVG. Maybe even something could be done to keep lines to less than 80 characters so than SVG being sent by email didn't risk being munged and other niceties like that.)
Migrator's Notes:
- The reporter didn't specify which version of Inkscape they were using but my informal test with exported plain SVG shows things still could be improved on the legibility front...

https://gitlab.com/-/snippets/2018147- It's slight, I grant you, but noticable.
- Apologies for the linking as opposed to direct but GitLab seems to have trouble rendering code inside details tags.
