Can't get any effect of 'Preferences > Input / Output > Print label comments'
Summary:
There's a preferences option for printing labels of objects in Preferences > Input / Output, and even two options in the preferences XML (add-label-comment and show-label-comment).
I've set them both to 1, but when I print to file, no labels appear (but they are set).
Steps to reproduce:
-
open Inkscape
-
Edit > Preferences > Input / Output > Add label comments to printing output : activate
-
Add a label (and for fun, a title and description) to an object in the drawing
-
File > Print > Print to file (pdf or ps)
-
Additionally: open preferences file, and set the other label printing option to 1, then try again.
What happened?
No text comments printed
What should have happened?
Not sure. I suppose it would print some text where the labelled object is.
