There is no Scribus CMYK PDF export feature in snap package

Summary:

Scribus CMYK PDF export feature is missing from snap packaged Inkscape 1.0.1. Current "latest/stable" version is: 1.0.1-3bc2e813f5-2020-09-07 (7947)

It's interesting because the 2 main file for extension is present:

• /snap/inkscape/7947/share/inkscape/extensions/scribus_export_pdf.inx
• /snap/inkscape/7947/share/inkscape/extensions/scribus_export_pdf.py

Normal PPA version (ppa:inkscape.dev/stable) works well. The feature is present in AppImage version too (but buggy: #3568 (moved)).

Steps to reproduce:

• On Linux system install latest/stable Inkscape from https://snapcraft.io/inkscape
• Start Inkscape
• Select File > Save As

What happened?

There is no "Scribus CMYK PDF" export possibility.

What should have happened?

This possibility should appear.
