It would be cool to have the document window icon as a mini thumbnail.

Migrator's Notes:

• This is a SODIPODI feature request! What do I win? 😆
• Migrating for diligence: IMHO this is the OS's responsibility and not Inkscape, isn't it?
  • In macOS, an icon preview is generated for all supported files with option to disable
  • In GNOME, preview icon generation is available (but it's limited) with option to disable
  • Windows users will have to verify this one for me

If someone can verify Point # 2 and this is NOTABUG, I will happily close this issue.
