Option to import all (or more than one) pages of a PDF file, similar to print dialog

Summary:

When loading a PDF only one page can be loaded at a time. This enhancement would allow to load all or more than one page of a given PDF in different layers or objects of current layer. It would be very handy when I have a 10 pages PDF that I want to be able to superpose or layout on a single canvas.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Drag and drop any PDF on the canvas

What happened?

Only one page can be loaded at a time.

What should have happened?

• Similarly to print dialog, add radios to select one page (by default, like today), all pages or a set of pages (with hyphens and semi-colons syntax, ie. 1-5).
• Add a radio to create one object per page in current layer or one layer per page.
