Changing text justification after puting it on a path works strangely

Summary:

If you place some text along a path and try changing justification afterward - the text justification point is fixed to a path's initial anchoring point. Changing justification prior to Text on a Path operation work, though.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• write some text
• draw some path (2-point straight line) a) put text on the path and change text justification b) change text justification and put text on the path
