large line (e.g. from origin to 10e8,10e8) has strange fidgeting render

Hi,

got some strange "bug" regarding SVG syntax which can happen when setting path "d" accidently to example value "M -16091664,-18956410 101.25586,222.16937"

made some quick desktop movie Video_2020-08-08_221119.wmv

this happened with some extension testing. Priority is really really low but it may point to some wrong interpretation of the SVG attribute parser maybe. I think having those values a rendering should be impossible
