Pencil pressure causes CTD

Summary:

I tried to use the Pencil tool with pressure input and upon lifting my pen after drawing something Inkscape instantly crashed.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • click the Pencil tool (Draw freehand lines (P))
  • on the toolbar click "Use pressure input"
  • draw something
  • experience sadness

What happened?

Instant crash-to-desktop

What should have happened?

A curve should have been cheerfully produced; I get on with arting.
