Measure Segments Bug When Scale is not 1

Live Path Effects Measure Segments does not behave properly if scale is not 1

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Set up document to have a scale of greater than 1 (example: scale 72 per inch, inches default)
• draw an arbitrary path
• apply Live Path Effect Measure Segments

What happened?

• Incorrect measurements. In this example all are multiplied by 72.
• Also all the measurement annotations are illegible without zooming WAY in.

What should have happened?

The scale should have been included as part of the calculations so the numbers and font size would be correct ...
