Zoom correction factor does not correct the zoom, but just changes the number
As already stated in #1048, the zoom correction factor is only used at all if the ruler is set to the correct unit and completely ignored otherwise.
Regardless of what the zoom correction factor is set to, a page set to a zoom of 100% is always the same size on screen (a little too big in my case). When setting the correction factor to 97%, the page does not use fewer pixels on screen (with a zoom of 100%), but instead the shortcut for 1:1 zoom sets the zoom to 97% and 1:2 sets it to 48%.
Why this is a problem: When trying to view a page at 20% actual size, you cannot just type 20%, but instead have to calculate what 20% is with the respective zoom correction factor, thereby rendering the factor itself useless. This cannot be the intended functionality, since the number shown in the zoom field is arbitrary in regard to the relationship between the document's actual size and the page being displayed.
