Guideline wrong angle

Summary:

Horizontal guideline has an angel of 135 degree every time you create it

Steps to reproduce:Inkscape_Guideline_issue

  • open Inkscape
  • move the mouse pointer over the top ruler bar
  • left click and hold
  • drag the mouse down on the work area

What happened?

Every time you create a horizontal guide line, it has created with 135 degree of angel instead of 0 degree. Vertical guideline works fine

What should have happened?

Horizontal guide line should be created with 0 degree angel (be horizontal not diagonaly)
