Suggestions for Licence tab in About Screen

Summary:

Copy pasting from inkscape!1186 (comment 365954382)

I would suggest having:

• a link to license page (similar to how it is in other pages), and
• having something said about Files made using Inkscape
• therefore, a separate heading for Software licence would be required too (similar to the license web page)
