QuickZoom shortcut (Q) can't be reassigned

Steps to reproduce:

• open inkscape
• press + and - to zoom in and out, it should be works as intended
• click menu Edit -> Preferences -> Interfaces -> Keyboard Shortcut
• change Zoom in with Q, and zoom out with A
• close the preferences, try to press Q and A to zoom in and out

What happened?

If I use + and - to zoom in and out, everything works as intended. If I assign new hotkeys (Q and A, to go with my muscle memory), the zoom out works as intended, but the zoom in only zooms in as long as the hotkey stays down. As soon as I release it, the zoom reverts back to the previous level immediately.

Can reproduce with current Inkscape master (4855a8a2), issue appears to be specific to the Q key.

What should have happened?

The zoom in and out should work as intended.

• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Operating System version: 18.04
