If KDE/GTK themes don't match (dark v normal), wrong icon set used in Inkscape 1.0

Summary

Inkscape is incompatible with Breeze on KDE Plasma and Dark mode does not work when I activate

Steps to replicate

  1. Clear Inkscape preferences.xml
  2. Set KDE theme to a dark theme, e.g. Breeze dark
  3. Set the GTK theme to a light theme, e.g. Breeze
  4. Start inkscape
