Saving template multiple times only lists one in New From Templates

Summary:

Saving an Inkscape svg file as template fails if it was saved it was previously saved under another name.

Steps to reproduce:

Create an Inkscape svg file and Save As a template, say with the name Template A. Now try to save an altered version the same file as a template, say with the name Template B. Try to create a "New from template" file from Template B. It is nowhere to be found on the list of templates. Furthermore, Template A show the style of the altered file, not the original template A.

What happened?

What should have happened?

It should be possible to save different versions of one svg file as two different templates (a la "Save As" in many programs) using the "Save Template" menu option. ...
