Undocked/floating dialog minimise button affects all Inkscape windows

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• load jpeg image
• import jpeg image
• path -> Trace Bitmap
• Set image to .450 threshold.
• minimize the Trace Bitmap Window.

What happened?

Minimizes entire inkscape window.

What should have happened?

Should just minimize the Trace Bitmap window within the inkscape main program.

• Operating System: Windows

• Operating System version: Windows 7 pro SP1
