Charset mangled on PDF import
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape 1.0+r73~ubuntu18.04.1
- import PDF FinalReportCertificateofTitle_EN.pdf
What happened?
- the empty boxes used as bullet points in the Enclosures list in the last quarter of the page no longer look the same
- in Inkscape, it seems that the character has been replaced with a 45-degree turned solid black square that has a question mark inside it
- in any other PDF viewer, the PDF displays correctly
What should have happened?
- the character should display correctly, like on all other PDF steps
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0 (1.0+r73)
- Operating System: Ubuntu
- Operating System version: 18.04 with all updates
