Crash on file open / preview

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• try to open banner-inkscape-untere_haelfte.svg

What happened?

• Crash in preview.
• traceback

What should have happened?

No crash :)

The file opens fine in current 0.92.x.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0alpha (083f7eab9b, 2019-04-03), also reproduced by @jabiertxof
• Operating System: Linux Mint 19.1
