Objects Dialog is too Small

Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open file with multiple (10 or more) objects
- open objects dialog (Object -> objects ...)
- open other dialogs such as align, fill&stroke etc
What happened?
The dialog for objects is too small and can't be resized.
What should have happened?
The dialog should have a better default minimum height and allow itself to be resized.
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0 Alpha
- Operating System: Ubuntu
- Operating System version: 18.04
