Keyboard Shortcut Export, don´t write any File.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open Settings-Dialog-Window
• selecting UI/Keyboard-Shortcuts on the TreeView to the Left (Index)
• selected File is "default.xml" in the ComboBox
• pressing "Export"-Button
• In the newly opened Folderbrowser-Dialog set a Destination Directory, and leaving the Filename as it is ("shortcut_keys.xml").

What happened?

Every Button in the Settings-Dialog-Window stays "disabled", and no File is written to the Destination-Directory. The Buttons will be reenabled on any Mousepress in the Settings-Dialog-Window. The Export-Button stays in the Selected-/Focused-State.

What should have happened?

The File in the selected Destination-Directory with the predefined filename "shortcut_keys.xml" should be written.
