Missing --without-gui (-z) option breaks 3rd-party tools

Commit inkscape@4feae910 removed the --without-gui command line option. Please consider keeping this option, perhaps as no-op, to maintain backward compatible CLI interface. I have a lot of scripts/Makefiles/etc. using this option. Removing this option from my scripts would make them incompatible with people using older Inkscape versions.
